RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
I, the undersigned have read, or will read and agree to abide by all the safety rules that have been established, or will in the future be established, by the Huronia Radio Control Club Inc.(HRCC) and the Model Aeronautics Association of Canada (MAAC). I understand that aero modeling activities can be dangerous. I hereby assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury or property damage arising out of activities at the HRCC flying field. I agree that I will release HRCC, officers or landowner from all liability to the undersigned or his personal representatives for any and all loss, damage or liability arising out of property damage or personal injuries I may receive or cause to others through the operation of any model aircraft. All liability will be covered by MAAC insurance.
If I am a student pilot, I will not claim against, and will hold harmless HRCC flying instructors from any claims by me or by others for damages or loss, however caused, that may occur while I am receiving flying instruction from an HRCC flying instructor.
